Brewing instructions: bring 8 oz of water to a boil. Pour over 1 tsp of herbal tea and let steep for 5-8 minutes. Strain and enjoy!
Each bag of tea will yield approximately 25-30 cups of tea!
Chamomile Flowers: has sedative properties that help lower inflammation and brings on relaxation.
Feverfew: studies show feverfew can reduce the duration and the frequency of headaches and migraines.
Peppermint Leaves: contains menthol which has been shown to aid in the relaxation of muscles, therefore helping to ease pain. Peppermint is helpful for migraines or the occasional tension headache.
Ginger Root: Anti-inflammatory and pain relieving effects. Great for nausea and vomiting that can be associated with a migraine. Helpful in increasing serotonin in the brain, lowering the restriction of blood vessels.
Lemon Peel: the aromatic properties of lemon peel help ease tension associated with headaches.
Peppermint Leaves: contains menthol which is soothing to a sore throat. Peppermint has anti-inflammatory properties.
Hibiscus Leaves: Full of vitamin C for an huge immune boost.
Oregano Leaves: Antibacterial and antiviral properties. Helps reduce inflammation.
Ginger Root: Helps flush toxins out of the body. A natural antibacterial agent.
Lemon Peel: Loaded with vitamin C for immune boosting and anti bacterial properties.
